We propose a choice of expanded which differ in:
- DENSITY' expressed in kg/m3 (from 18 to 75 kg/m3)
- degree of SOFTNESS (from very soft to very firm)
- degree of BREATHABILITY (from low to very high)
- TYPE (Standard, High Quality, High Resilience, Fireproof and Outdoor series).
The tube shape does NOT come with fabric covering.
Due to the particular cutting feature, the blade enters and exits from one side, therefore the two edges will be glued with non-toxic water-based glue at the customer's request. It is also specified that the tolerance of the internal and external diameter can be +/- 3 mm.

The raw blocks at our disposal are 200x200x100 cmWithin these measures we guarantee the supply of material seamless. Pieces with even just one measurement exceeding these limits will be supplied joined together.

Generally all the fabrics in our collections can be washed in water at a temperature of 30°.
Fabrics composed partly of cotton may suffer from slight shrinkage and for these we recommend dry cleaning.

THE fabrics they expanded of our products meet the non-toxicity requirements Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and do not contain CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons).
OEKO-TEX It is a unique standard for the control and certification of products that do not present any risk to the health of the final consumer.

Shipping costs are €15.00 unless otherwise indicated.
Our automatic tracking system notifies the customer when the product is available for shipment or collection.
It is possible the collection on site at no cost.
THE delivery times can vary from a few days to a few weeks and depend on the degree of customization. Generally, products purchased with a coating require additional time for tailoring.

TUBE SHAPE
To make a foam rubber TUBE, you start from a cylindrical shape: the pantograph blade cuts the side to extract the internal section, so the tube that is obtained will have an entrance cut that is functional for example to cover a rod or small pillars.
This shape does not come covered in fabric.
