EPS
Expanded polystyrene, also known as EPS, is a versatile material with a wide range of applications, from construction to packaging. Due to its light weight, thermal insulation and shock absorption capabilities, EPS has become an irreplaceable material in many industries. Additionally, expanded polystyrene is recyclable, which helps reduce environmental impact and promotes sustainability practices in modern industry.
EPDM
Foam rubber is a versatile material with many applications, due to its ability to absorb shock and provide thermal and acoustic insulation. Depending on the cellular structure, it can be more or less permeable to air and water, making it suitable for specific industrial and commercial uses. Its resilience makes it ideal for gaskets, bearings and packaging applications, where repeated compression is required without loss of structural integrity.
CR (neoprene), VMQ (silicone), NBR (oil-resistant rubber), SBR, EPDM, FPM (Viton), NR (natural rubber)
Solid rubber is an essential material in the production of gaskets, thanks to its high resistance to compression and traction, as well as its good surface friction properties. These characteristics make it ideal for industrial applications where a reliable seal is required, such as in automotive, electronics and mechanics. In addition, solid rubber can be produced in different hardnesses, thus adapting to various types of uses and ensuring effective vibration absorption.
EFFECTIVE AND SAFE
Its non-toxic nature makes it safe for contact with different types of objects, while its resistance to mold ensures hygienic preservation over time. Easy to clean and sanitize, polystyrene is an excellent choice for packaging and shipping goods.
PE/EVA and Colored Foams
Excellent physical properties in static and dynamic use, adjustable softness, elasticity, thermal deformability, shock absorption, thermal insulation, minimum water absorption, low water vapor permeability, weather resistance, non-polluting, inert chemical behavior.
