The Origins
Guarnimobil is a family business founded in 1975 in Turin by the brothers Leonardo and Giuseppe Catalano.
The company has always operated in the furniture sector and in particular in artisanal manufacturing of rustic and upholstered sofas, made with the "handmade" and "made in Italy" criteria.
The Quality
The care in the choice of materials and the study of the models has led to the creation of high quality products which can be personalized in the sizes, in the types of bed bases, in the choice of mattress, in the colour of the wood and in the covering.
From Father to Son
At the end of the 90s the company passed from father to son.
The artisanal activity in the production of sofas continues, alongside which a new activity is launched: the cutting and packaging of foam rubber for the production of mattresses, cushions and for many other types of applications.
Evolution
The early 2000s were years of great transformation and innovation: computerized machinery for cutting polyurethane foam blocks was purchased, the trademark «I Fuorimisura» and the first e-commerce site is created.
Our Production
We start from blocks of expanded polyurethane of various densities and transform them, thanks to our craftsmanship and the use of computerized machinery, in standard products or made tailor-made for specific needs of our customers: from cushions for sofas of all kinds, to mattresses from bed and outdoor, and to many other applications where foam rubber becomes the basic or complementary material depending on the use.

Our mission is to offer effective solutions and tailored to the needs of our customers.
In addition to the point of sale located in our laboratory, we have created a new e-commerce site which, with innovative logic, guides our customers in choice of products standard or customized in shape, size and consistency, cared for in every detail, and which can also be covered with the most suitable fabric.
